Boleh je pakai, tapi memang ada nurses yang suka check kuku natural colour during check-ups jadi bergantung lah on your delivery hospital's policy. Few of my mum friends pakai inai for events and nurse just asked them to clean it or noted it in the file, no big drama pun, the important thing is baby's health readings, bukan colour of nails haha! Best check with your hospital beforehand, ask if they prefer you take it off before labour day or during check-ups ja, so you're not rushing around last minute.
