Since you dah ada appointment on 6/3, that's good lah they're monitoring closely, tapi kalau ada any signs macam water breaking or strong contractions, jangan tunggu, terus pergi hospital ye. In the meantime try walk-walk, maybe do some light squats or try the birthing ball if you have one, but honestly the best thing is to chat with your doctor about your options at the next checkup. Hopefully baby will make an entrance soon, tengok je lah!
