I'm so sorry you're going through this, I can imagine how worrying it must be. Bleeding in early pregnancy is really scary, but many mums do experience spotting or on-and-off bleeding and go on to have healthy babies, alhamdulillah. My friend had bleeding around 11 weeks and her doctor gave her Duphaston for two weeks to help, which seemed to settle things a bit. Since you're already 12 weeks and still having this, it's really important to stay close with your doctor or specialist, they can monitor you with regular scans and check things like whether baby's heartbeat is strong and where the bleeding is coming from, since there are different reasons it can happen (sometimes it's just how the body is, but sometimes they want to rule out other things). Do keep seeing your medical team regularly, and don't hesitate to go back to the hospital if the bleeding gets heavier or you have pain, they know your situation best and can give you the right support.
