37 weeks dahh

Ahhh, 37 weeks is already considered full term, so technically boleh dah bersalin anytime! Every mum is different lah, some orang akan rasa strong contractions yang tak pergi, or the baby drops lower and pressure on the pelvis becomes intense, some akan keluar air ketuban or bloody show. Tapi honestly, if you're really uncomfortable and worried, best to check with your doctor or midwife so they can examine you and make sure everything is progressing normally, okay? Take care of yourself ya, and rest when you can, these final weeks are tiring, I know.
