Eh, that's quite normal lah, a few of us in my mum group also kena delayed period after IUCD insertion, some even up to 10 days or more at first. Your body is adjusting to the hormone changes, so don't worry too much, tapi kalau it keeps happening or you're worried, best check with your gynae just to be safe. Most of the time after a few cycles, the period settles into a pattern, mine came back regular after 3 months or so.
