Hmm, situation ni agak confusing actually, OPK positive, cramping, delayed period tapi scan shows empty uterus and UPT negative, it's worth checking with your doctor soon lah because bisa jadi timing ovulation test tu off, or ada hormonal stuff happening yang perlu investigation. A few of my mum friends also experienced similar confusion and turned out bukan timing issue but something else, so jangan delay, better see your gynae to rule out apa-apa and understand your cycle better!
