Aih I feel for you, mommy! 13 weeks and the nausea is still hanging around, that's quite common actually, some mums say it can even get worse before it gets better. A few things that seem to help: keep plain crackers or toast by your bedside and nibble them first thing, don't skip meals even if you're not hungry (just small frequent snacks throughout the day), and ginger really does seem to work for lots of mums, whether it's ginger biscuits, ginger tea, or even just ginger sweets. Some also swear by B6 supplements, and of course staying very well hydrated helps too. Try to avoid oily or fried foods for now since they seem to make it worse. That said, do mention this to your doctor or midwife at your next checkup, they might want to check your blood pressure and make sure everything's on track, especially if the nausea is affecting how much you can eat or drink.
