Aww jangan worried, it's totally normal to be concerned about these things lah! Discharge like that when you wipe is usually just your body doing its thing, especially kalau clear or whitish and tak ada bau or itch, most of us experience it tapi tak cakap je hehe. Tapi since you're worried, best check with your doctor or gynae je to put your mind at ease, especially if it changes colour, bau, atau comes with any discomfort, better safe than sorry kan, and they've literally seen it all! Mum friends I know say a quick check is so worth it for peace of mind.
