Manas (Edema) Not sure 🤔 HELP, What to do?
This is actually my second pregnancy. I'm now on my third trimester. This happens almost everynight when i reached my third trimester. March 26, Thursday - 7mos Pregnancy Nag inat ako, then pinulikat yung paa ko sa binti. I don't have anyone with me to help me with the pulikat. I only have my daughter sleeping right next to me. Nirelax ko yung sarili ko para di ako mag panic. Umupo ako, galing sa pag kakahiga ko, it really hurts, LEGIT! 🙄 Pakiramdam ko umakyat sa hita ko yung sakit habang nakaupo ako. As i was sitting, next thing i know, pinuwersa ko na yung paa ko para mailapat siya sa pader. Just imagine the scenario, na nakaupo ako tapos yung paa ko nakalapat sa pader. Then after ilang minutes, pakiramdam ko wala na, tumayo ako ng dahan dahan, tapos nag CR ako para umihi. From that night, pa ika-ika na yung lakad, it feels like my whole left leg muscle namamaga ng sobra. This morning, Pumasok ako sa trabaho. Pag kaupo ko sa desk ko, pinag masdan ko yung binti at mga paa ko. Yung right legs ko malambot, right foot ko normal naman. ANG LEFT LEG KO GHORLLL, Pag hinawakan matigas, then yung left foot ko, AYANNN 😭 Parang namamaga mga ugat sa loob. Hindi ko alam kung Manas (Edema) Kasi left leg ko lang naman masakit gawa mg pag kakapulikat ko, O na pwersa ko lang para mawala yung pagkakapulikatlast night. Some says, "mahirap manganak pag may manas" syempre ayaw ko naman mahirapan. Hindi pa ako makabalik sa OB ko kasi nag lockdown, by appointment nanaman. I read a lot of articles as i was typing this and sharing my story. Home remedies etc. Don't know what to do, i just don't want anything bad happen sa panganganak.
