I understand how worried you must be, but a day or two of eating less shouldn't harm the baby, though it's worth checking in with your PD or gynae just to be safe, especially if this is happening often. During pregnancy our appetites can be all over the place from hormones, nausea, or stress, so it's pretty normal to have days where you just can't eat much. The thing is, if it becomes a pattern or you're feeling unwell otherwise, definitely get it checked out because your doctor can give you proper advice based on what's going on with you.

It will not affect the baby for first trimester! However, make sure you’re taking folid acid and your vitamins daily! It’s okay to eat a little, but make sure you’re eating quality food (like fruits, vegetables and protein meat) instead of junk food.
