Light cramps on and off

About 6 weeks in and been feeling light cramps that comes on and off. Is it normal? Had a miscarriage before so am quite scared. Did not experience the light cramps before.

yes its normal. as long its not constant severe pain and with bleeding. :) drink warm water and keep warm! :)
