About 6 weeks in and been feeling light cramps that comes on and off. Is it normal? Had a miscarriage before so am quite scared. Did not experience the light cramps before.
I was told that as long as no heavy bleeding with abdominal cramps should be ok!
Just take more progesterone and have more rest

I’ve had 2 back to back miscarriages before this. And noticed that signs of miscarriage are cramps that are similar to menstrual cramps - it’s also consistent and regular.
If your light cramps are none of the above, followed by no bleeding - it should be no issue!
I’ve had minor cramps 2 weeks back, but happened probably once or twice in a week. Then it went off on its own!
