Aiyooo, 39 weeks and pembukaan still 1cm memang bikin anxiety lah, tapi honestly, first baby like that very normal jer, don't worry too much! A few of my mum friends also went in at 1cm and suddenly within hours dilate cepat-cepat when labour actually starts, so pembukaan sekarang doesn't mean apa-apa about when you'll go into active labour. Senaman and jalan-jalan you're doing already membantu, but sometimes cervix just nak tunggu the right signals from your body lah, tiada control kita pon. Since you're past 39 weeks dah and had a few checks at PAC, they would've told you if something wasn't right; if you're still feeling worried after the spotting and everything, check in with your doctor again just to ease your mind, but I betul-betul think you're doing everything right and baby will come when ready!
