Normal po bang magkaroon ng mild cramps ?

Normal talaga yan, mommy! Maraming tao sa circle ko na nag-experience ng mild cramps sa early pregnancy, kaya hindi ka mag-iisa, it's usually just your uterus stretching and adjusting as baby grows. But since it's your first time and gusto mo maging sure, better check with your OB lang para ma-rule out kung walang other concerns, especially if may bleeding or if ang cramps ay nagiging severe na okay?
