Hay, congrats mama! 10.6 kg down is HUGE, especially with PCOS na talaga namang challenging, I have a few mum friends with PCOS din and alam nila how much harder it is to lose the weight kaya ang galing-galing mo talaga. You're right na small wins add up, and honestly the fact na kaya mo mag-stay consistent despite PCOS is something to be really proud of, hindi lang yung number sa scale. Keep going, you're doing amazing!
