7 months old n po baby ko, thru cs po ang birth. Ask ko lang po, normal lang po ba na till now malaki padin tiyan ko na parang 3 months preggy ang laki. gano po ba katagal bago bumalik sa normal ang tiyan? 3 months din po akong nag suot ng binder. Salmat po sa sasagot. :)
Ay normal lang yan, mama! C-section moms usually take longer to bounce back kasi mas invasive ang surgery, at ang binder ay tumutulong pero hindi lang siya magic, kailangan din ng time, exercise, at consistency talaga. A few of us moms sa circle namin, some took 9-12 months bago bumalik sa pre-pregnancy tummy, lalo na pag may diastasis recti (separation ng abs) from pregnancy, kaya just be patient with yourself! Pero if you're worried na parang sobrang hindi bumabalik or may pain pa rin, mas better mag-check ka with your OB or a physical therapist specializing sa postpartum, they can assess if may complications or if you need specific exercises. You're doing great managing it all while taking care of baby!
