Aww mama, I'd definitely mention this to your OB as soon as you can, swelling and lumps in the underarm area during pregnancy can happen kasi ng hormonal changes, pero better safe than sorry na talaga, lalo na ngayon pa lang kayo at 6 weeks. A few of us mums experienced breast tenderness and swelling sa early pregnancy, pero the lump needs proper checking para ma-rule out any concerns. Your doctor will probably just do a quick exam and put your mind at ease, pero don't wait on this one, pregnancy appointments are the best time to ask about anything unusual!
