Any bleeding during pregnancy is not normal. Please see a gynaecologist and/or obstetrician. They can check if you got polyps or you need to take duphaston (ubat kuatkan rahim) to stop the bleeding. Medicine is not miracle. You've to rest a lot, bed rest if possible. Don't walk/ stand too long. Typically when have bleeding, prepare mentally for 50% chance baby okay/ 50% chance may be miscarriage.
