SMOKING

5 months preggy , and im really trying hard to quit smoking. Pero minsan napapasmoke talaga guiltyng guilty na ko siguro sa isang linggo nakaka 2 or 3 sticks nalang and di ko nauubos isang stick . :( mga mommy helpppp

You really need to stop smoking while you are pregnant. Nag ssmoke din ako before ako mabuntis pero thank God hindi ko na sya hinahanap. I'm also 5months preggy 😘

Ahhhh I feel you. Sa sobrang miss ko minsan mag smoke napapanaginipan ko na din na nag ssmoke ako ee. Haha! Try to throw all if your cigarrettes mamshie. Laking tulong din ng partner ko nung 1st trimester ako kasi talagang bantay sarado sya sakin noon. Hehe
