Milk Spit up
5 months old formula feeding enfamil a+ first time mom hello po.. how to deal spit ups po? :( any remedies po?.. kahit naka burp na si baby almost e.spit up nya milk nya.. been to pedia na po.. and un nga po.. burp lng daw.. but ganon pa rin xa..
Aww, ang frustrating nito talaga, lalo na first time! Sa aming circle ng mums, marami ring dumaan dito sa 5 months, honestly, sometimes kahit proper burping pa, may spit-up pa rin talaga, especially kapag mabilis kumain or shifting pa lang sa formula. Since you've already seen your pedia at normal lang daw (which is good!), try feeding her in a more upright position, maybe burp every ounce or two instead of just at the end, at let her stay upright for 20-30 mins after feeding, life saver din ito sa amin. If it's getting worse or baby seems uncomfortable/losing weight, definitely go back to your pedia, pero most likely ito lang part ng phase na dadaan sya. Hang in there, mom, it gets better!
