But please don't wait, go to your OB or the hospital ASAP para ma-check properly kung okay ang baby at how things are progressing; they'll know best what's safe for you and baby at this stage na. A few of my mum friends din nag-worry like you, pero ang OB nila agad nag-decide ng next steps based sa actual checkup, kaya mas naging peace of mind sila.
