Ay, alam ko yan ang nakaka-anxious! A few of us went through the same, dilated na to 4cm pero parang wala pang contraction or the contractions are so mild you can't even tell, kaya ang tagal mag-progress. Definitely worth calling your OB agad to check kung anong nangyayari and if baby's okay, kasi sometimes the body dilates but labor hasn't really kicked in yet, and doc can advise if you need to do anything or just wait pa, better safe na rin, lalo na para peace of mind mo at ng baby.
