Delayed mens
45days in exact. 2months no period. Exclusive breastfeeding. I suddenly did not experience my period. No signs of pregnancy. Can someone help me im overthinking already
Mama, don't worry, this is super normal sa exclusive breastfeeding, lalo na sa first few months! Maraming mums sa amin na naparealize ang period nila nawala ng 2-3 months or even longer while purely breastfeeding dahil sa lactational amenorrhea (yung prolactin hormone talaga ang culprit). One of my mum friends didn't see her period for almost a year with exclusive breastfeeding, tapos biglang bumalik lang. That said, since 2 months na talaga, I'd still suggest checking in with your OB just to rule out anything else, better peace of mind lang, di ba? In the meantime try not to overthink too much kasi stress lang ang magpapahaba pa ng hiatus, but definitely get a quick check-up para sure ka.
