Definitely check with your OB kasi 40 weeks na talaga and they might want to do a non-stress test or talk about induction options, especially if baby and you are both okay. A few of us tried evening primrose oil, pineapple, and spicy food din pero honestly the doctor's call talaga ang importante, don't want any risks sa inyo. Hang in there mama, coming soon na yan!
