Mommy, go to the hospital or birthing center RIGHT NOW, di mo dapat maghintay pa! That watery, transparent discharge at 40 weeks could be your water breaking, at kailangan ng doctor to check agad, pain or no pain pa. Better safe than sorry with labor, ha?
