Aw sis, I totally get that feeling, 40 weeks is such a mental and physical marathon, and the waiting game is real! A few of us mums went through the same thing, and honestly, yung bloody show (that's what happened when your midwife opened your cervix) is actually a good sign na your body is preparing, even if labor hasn't kicked in yet. I know it's stressful thinking about overdue, pero best advice talaga from my circle: check in with your OB or midwife about when they want to monitor more closely or induce if needed, kasi they'll know best kung ano na ang safest next step para sa iyo and baby. In the meantime, try staying active, rest when you can, at remember na your body knows what to do, sometimes babies just like their own schedule! Sending you all the labor vibes, mama!
