My 4 mths old baby latch to sleep since week 5. Occasionally he latch until vomit. I think he don't know his limit. Any advice? He refuse bottle feeding.

He latches for Comfort. My baby used to be like that and my nipples were sore fr his sucking. I had to use pacifier as a replacement. Took out the pacifier when he was 9 mths Old. 4 mths Old don drink a lot. U can estimate the time and pull away from him. Otherwise it can become a habit rather than hunger.

Maybe you can try to burp him halfway through his feeding. And after feeding milk, you can try to hold him upright for a while before putting him down
