Ay mama, I totally understand the worry, one of my mum friends was in the same situation at 39 weeks and her OB also said to wait a bit pa, kasi sometimes the cervix just ripens on its own in the next few days, lalo na if you're walking around and staying active. Primrose oil is definitely a good start, pero ask your OB din if safe ba mag-try ng other natural ways like gentle walks, position changes (some of us swear by the forward-leaning positions), and of course frequent intercourse if you're up for it, lahat yan can help thin out the cervix naturally. That said, kung napakakuha ka ng any spotting, contractions, or anything else feels off before your next appointment, don't wait, call your OB agad, okay? Forty-one weeks plus is pushing it, so if wala pang progress by then, your doctor will likely induce anyway, which is totally normal at that point. You're doing great, and your body will move when it's ready, try to breathe lang and trust your OB's judgment.
