Ay grabe, 3 months pa lang at may teeth na agad, that's super early talaga! Most babies start around 4-6 months, pero may mga bata talaga na nag-erupt ng maaga, so yes it happens, luckily it doesn't mean anything's wrong, just that your little one is ahead of the curve. A few of us in my mommy circle had babies na ganyan din, and honestly pagkatapos ng initial shock, normal lang ang life, maybe mas maaga lang sila kumain ng solid foods eventually, pero for now just keep an eye on their comfort at gums, siguro may slight irritation siya.
