Mama, ito na talaga ang sign! 39 weeks and 6 days ka na, pero please call your OB or go to the hospital right now para ma-check mo kung active labor na talaga, lalo na kung ang contraction ay regular at lumalaki. Hindi dapat maghintay pa, especially with those signs na nakikita mo. One of my mum friends naman, she had the same pattern of cramping and it was go-time na, so trust your body, mama! Get to your doctor or birthing center agad para sure, kaya mo yan!
