Aw, I totally get the excitement and impatience, you're so close na! The brown jelly-like discharge (mucus plug) is a good sign na your body is preparing, but 5cm at this point is still early labor lang, kaya it could take a few more days pa before baby decides to come out. A few of us moms went past 40 weeks and the waiting was torture, pero seryoso check with your OB kung normal lang lahat since you're almost due, they'll know best if you need any monitoring or if baby is doing okay pa. Fingers crossed for you na mabilis na ang next stage!
