Uy, first thing, please go to your OB or hospital right now, ha? At 39 weeks with spotting and frequent pain, kailangan mo ng check-up to make sure baby and you are okay.
Spotting every day at this stage isn't something to just wait out, mama, your doctor needs to see you para sure. Use pads na lang (not tampons, of course!), pero honestly the real answer is sa OB mo, not dito sa group. A few of us mums had similar stories near our due date, and lahat kailangan ng proper check talaga. You're so close na, let's make sure everything is safe para sa iyo at baby.
