39 weeks & 6 days still no cm and no signs of labor. Naglakad lakad na,nag insert na ng gamot, uminom na ng pineapple, nag do with partner na. Btw first baby. Anu pa kaya pwede?
Uy mama, I know you're so excited at anxious na ngayon! But please check in with your OB asap, especially since you're already 39+6, okay? Hindi dapat mag-self medicate or try things without your doctor knowing, lalo na ngayon. Honestly, first baby talaga, sometimes they decide their own timeline pa (kahit super frustrating ). A few of us moms swear na ang best thing is rest, staying calm, at letting your body do its thing, stress lang minsan ang nakakablock. But your doctor talaga ang makakasabi ng safest next steps for you and baby, whether it's induction or what. Huwag mag-worry too much, okay? You got this!
