39 weeks and 4days na po ako pero wala parin pong lumalabas na mucus plug sakin. Last Ie kopo is closed cervix pa and sabi ng Ob pag may lumabas na na puti na malapot sign na yon na bukas na.
Hey mama! Don't worry too much, hindi lahat ng moms makikita ang mucus plug, and honestly a few of us didn't notice it or it came out na walang bigla na naramdaman, kaya baka nawala ka lang talaga or makikita mo na lang when you're in active labor na! Ang best thing is to keep monitoring kung may signs ka na like cramping, spotting, or discharge changes, pero since your OB said your cervix is still closed, you're most likely still waiting pa for your body to start the actual labor process. I'd say just stay in touch with your doctor about any changes, especially closer to your due date, they'll be able to tell you if something's different during your next checkup, kaya don't stress yourself too much, okay?
