Aw, kapit lang mama, yan talaga ang frustrating part ng waiting game, nag-1cm ka na last week pero walang progress ngayon, I get it! A few of us mums tried evening primrose, walking, and some swear by pelvic floor exercises or even intercourse, pero honestly if your OB says no progress, best to ask them directly kung ok ba mag-try ng other natural methods or if you need anything else para ma-encourage ang labor. It's still early pa naman at bawat body talaga ay different timing, kaya don't stress yourself too much, your baby will come when ready, pero definitely follow up with your OB on what's safe for you specifically.
