37weeks and 4days!

Aww, I can feel the excitement! Pero honestly, at 37 weeks pang, your cervix doesn't need to be open yet, that usually happens when your body's ready for labor, so walang dapat pag-alala. A few of us moms tried all sorts ng folk remedies (pati pinya, massage, walks) thinking it would speed things up, pero ang totoo talaga is your body knows best kung kailan ang tamang time para sa baby. Best thing is to check with your OB kasi sila ang makakasabi ng safe na options for your case, may iba-ibang situations naman each pregnancy!
