37w. Rasa ngilu

Ah sayang, rasa ngilu dekat area tu adalah normal masa 37 minggu, badan you sedang prepare untuk labour, jadi ligaments dan muscles tengah soften dan stretch. A few of my mum friends experienced the same thing and it usually comes and goes, sometimes worse when you walk atau change position. That said, kalau the pain jadi sharp, persistent, atau ada bleeding atau discharge yang pelik, better check with your doctor or midwife to make sure everything is okay, especially since you're so close to the end already, no harm to call the clinic, better safe kan!
