37 weeks nag 2cm n aq pero gang ngayon 38weeks en 4days 2cm prin , any tips mga mimma para tumaas cm q , panay n aq squat at lakad tas ubos n din primerose oil q , huhu
Ay hirap talaga ang waiting game, mama! A few of us sa mum group namin nag-stuck din sa 2cm for a while, but honestly pag ganyan na close na sa 38 weeks, mas importante na kausap mo ang OB mo directly kasi baka may reason bakit hindi umuusad, sometimes it's just timing pa lang or baby's position. Try din mga natural ways na hindi pa naman mo ginawa like eating dates, drinking red raspberry leaf tea, or some of my friends swear by frequent intimate time with hubby (if safe pa sa doctor), pero really the best person to guide ka dito is your OB para sure na everything's okay with you and baby!
