Ay alam ko yan, ganyan din ako sa aking third pregnancy, sobrang anxious waiting around 37+ weeks! But honestly mamsh, walang exact timeline talaga, some babies come at 37, some at 39, 40 weeks pa, totally normal ang lahat ng yan kaya don't stress too much, okay? A few of us moms from my circle nag-usap about this and ang sabi ng isa, she just kept walking, did her usual routine, at biglang labor na within days, so maybe try staying active if you can but rest din when you need to. Best talaga to chat with your OB about any specific concerns ka since every pregnancy is different, pero sineryoso niya kami na wala talagang dahilan mag-worry unless may complications, so you're likely just fine, mama!
