Oo normal yan! At 36 weeks, yan na ang Braxton Hicks contractions, practice contractions lang ng katawan mo, parang nag-aacclimate na siya for labor. Marami sa amin na nag-experience nito around this time, some of my mum friends said it gets more frequent pa towards the end, kaya don't worry. The tightening and occasional cramping ay expected na, pero kung yung sakit ay sobrang intense or kung may spotting or fluid leakage, mas better mag-check with your OB na lang para sure.
