Aiyoh, normal je ni at 36 weeks, a few of my mum friends had colostrum coming out early too! Honestly, I'd say jangan urut-urut dulu sebab takut trigger contractions, but gentle hand expressing if it's uncomfortable is ok la. Better to wait till baby comes and latch properly, but if engorgement jadi problem, try warm compress dulu and see how it goes, confirm dengan midwife or OB you pun bagus, they can guide based on your situation
