Ay anak, kung naninigas ang tyan mo at may constipation, please call your OB or go to the clinic/hospital right away para ma-check, better safe than sorry sa ganitong stage ng pregnancy! Those feelings can be normal, pero kailangan i-confirm ng doctor kung okay ka lang dahil malapit ka na sa delivery date. Keep your doctor posted agad, ha? Praying you and baby are both healthy!
