Oo normal yan, mama! Usually sa third trimester ang babies ay super active dahil nag-develop pa lang ang nervous system nila, at lalo na kapag gabi when you're resting kaya mas nadi-detect mo ang movements. A few of us mums noticed na ang aming babies were most active around that time, especially between 7-10pm, napaka-kilig pero nakakapagod din talaga sa tulog! Pero kung concerned ka talaga or kung bigla lang nag-change ang pattern ng movements, best to check with your OB just to be sure lahat okay lang, yun lang para sa peace of mind mo.
