Formula milk
My 3 years old daughter constipated once I switch from dugro to Nankid Optilro. Pls advise which will be good to her gassy and sensitive tummy ? I changed from dugro due to vomiting issue. Newborn until 2 years- Nan Ha ( Nestle)
Ah, switching formula memang boleh trigger constipation atau gas issues, especially if tummy sensitive, a few of my mum friends went through the same thing when they changed brands. Since she had vomiting on Dugro tapi now constipation on Nankik, maybe tummy dia just needs time to adjust (usually 1-2 weeks), tapi if it persists or she's uncomfortable, better check with the doctor because they might suggest a different formulation or even partially mixing the old and new formula gradually. For sensitive tummies, some mums I know swear by HA (hypoallergenic) formulas or ones with added prebiotics, tapi since she was on Nan HA before and that seemed okay, might be worth going back to discuss with your pediatrician whether that's safer than trying another new brand.
