Breastfeeding

My baby 3 months 4 days. I’m not latching her at night. I travel Everyday from jb to sg. Once reach work I’ll pump of course my breast already sore and heavy. Of course with sweaty breast , I do clean before pumping. So the first milk is very watery and the last I pump will be at 7pm then next day I pump around 11:30. Do I throw the first milk - watery? Wait until milk Color comes out? Sometimes when baby drink EBM her tummy get really upset,sometimes I don’t take my meal on time due to buys ( hotel line) Currently giving her nanha and EBM. So do I throw all my watery milk which has been stocked up? Please help me.
