Any recommendation for wearable breast pump and post partum binder

For wearable breast pump I would recommend Momcozy or Spectra, Momcozy S12 Pro is very popular among mummies now because it's affordable, quiet, and suction is quite good, many mummies in my group swear by it and you can get it on Shopee or Lazada. For postpartum binder, for natural birth the Belly Bandit or Mama Strut are quite good, and for C-sect specifically look for one that sits higher and has softer material around the wound area like the Motif Medical binder or even the hospital issued ones from KKH are actually not bad to start with first before buying your own!

if you ask me, jevon baby is good. as it pumps directly on bottle or packet.
