My lo does too even if he is already 2 years old now. I haven’t asked this to the pedia yet but i am sure they could answer all of your questions.
The stool will have unusual color and frequency if the baby has a diarrhea. But hey i am not an expert. Having a talk with the pedia is the smartest action.
