lacteol fort

3 month old LO was given lacteol fort as she was having watery stool. Is it ok to mix it with milk and give. The receptionist told me to mix it with water instead and give it to her after her feed. But wouldnt it be too much for her to take in, so is it ok to mix it with her mix instead?
