Alhamdulillah congrats on your boy! Don't worry la, at 20 weeks baby still very small and got plenty of space to move around, so sometimes you won't feel much, a few of us first-time mums thought we missed movements too but turned out baby was just in a different position or we were too busy to notice the gentle flutters. Since you already checked with the clinic and everything's okay, that's the main thing! The "small for dates" thing is also pretty common and doesn't always mean something's wrong, especially if the scan showed everything normal otherwise. As baby grows more, the movements will become stronger and more obvious, right now at 20 weeks it's still quite subtle, more like bubbles or light cramping than proper kicks. Just keep an eye on your own baby's pattern going forward, and if you ever feel like something's off compared to what becomes his normal, worth mentioning to your doctor la.
