Eh, 11 weeks tu memang masa yang tension sikit, ligaments stretch dan hormones pun naik, so many of us felt that tightness especially malam-malam, lepas tidur especially lagi. Biasanya lepas kencing memang lega sebab pressure berkurang sikit kan, tapi since you're at 11 weeks, better mention this to your doctor when you go for your next check-up, just to be safe and get peace of mind la, okay? A few mum friends I know had similar tight feelings and they were totally fine, tapi doctor always best to confirm everything normal with your pregnancy.
